Once you have chosen a building site in Seaford, we will start the design process. If you are building a fully custom home, then you will work with our designers to create your dream home. Seaford is a beautiful small town located in Eastern Delaware along the Nanticoke River. The largest city in Sussex County, it is part of the Seaford Census County Division which has a total population of 26,748 people.
Originally settled as part of Maryland, Seaford is named after a town in East Sussex, United Kingdom. It is known for its charming downtown area as well as its many historic buildings.
