Our current model home is located at Plymouth Place in the town of Felton, Delaware. When visiting, you can check out our Plymouth-style model home. Of course, when you build a home with Carl Deputy and Son Builders, you aren’t limited to this style of home or this community. We have 14 total floor plans to choose from, plus the option to build a completely custom home. We can build your house on one of our sites or on your own lot.

Located within the Plymouth Place community in Felton, our model home is open on Saturdays and Sundays between 12 and 4 p.m. or by appointment. Its address is 152 Mayflower Drive in Felton.
About The Plymouth Place Neighborhood
Plymouth Place is a serene community with homes built by Carl Deputy and Son Builders. It is nestled in the heart of Felton, a historic town in Kent County. Felton itself is a small town, yet is close to everything you could want or need. The Dupont Highway – U.S. Route 13 – takes you north to Dover or south to Harrington. It is also close to a number of popular beaches, including Bowers Beach, Pickering Beach, Broadkill Beach, Lewes Beach, and Rehoboth Beach.

Model Home Details
Our model home is the Plymouth floor plan. This house is 1,644 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It features an open concept living space with a split bedroom layout with the primary suite on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. If you’re looking for a bigger space, you can opt for the 2 story version of this floor plan with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The single-story version – which is what you’ll see at our model home – has a large, unfinished second level above the garage that can be customized to your liking.

In Plymouth Place, we have a variety of floor plans available, including the Nina, the Nina 1546, and the Santa Maria – each of which is ready for a quick move-in if you are ready to buy. Of course, we also have a number of other home sites available as well as 14 total floor plans. Our team can also build on your own lot.
Available homesites include everything from 1-acre lots near Milford to more urban plots closer to Dover. We can also build a house on your own lot – including both custom and semi-custom homes.
We offer floor plans for every lifestyle. We currently feature 14 unique floor plans, each of which is built to Carl Deputy and Son Builders’ exacting standards.
