To begin, you will need to decide where to build your house. We can build a home on your own lot or on one of our lots. If you want to build on your own property, we can help you with guidance on land that is suitable for construction.
After picking a piece of land, we can start designing your new house. With a semi-custom house, you will choose a floor plan and then features and finishes. If you are building a custom home, then our design team will work with you to develop a floor plan and help you decide on the other details of your home.
At this point, we will provide you with an estimate and a contract. If necessary, you can use these documents to obtain financing for the construction. If you don’t have a lender in mind, we can recommend one for you.
Next, the fun begins! After a final review of your home plans, we will break ground and start construction. If necessary, we will prepare the land before pouring the foundation, framing out the house, roughing in plumbing and electrical, and putting on the roof.
