Yes, we have extensive experience building homes in Delaware’s coastal communities and flood-prone areas. We do offer a builder’s warranty for all new homes. The warranty covers 1 year of our workmanship and materials, 2 years of select mechanical systems, and 10 years of major structural components like the foundation.
